Kits ship by FedEx from Grand Teton Energy in Rexburg, ID.

The 36V 105Ah and 51V 100Ah kits ship palletized by FedEx Freight at a flat $350 per pallet (up to 7 kits per pallet), shown at checkout before you pay. The 48V 52Ah kit ships by FedEx with a live rate at checkout. Sales tax, if any, is calculated by Stripe at payment.

On large orders you may arrange your own shipping — email support@cartvoltbatteries.com to set it up.

Approved returns go back to the Grand Teton Energy location in Rexburg, ID. Include your order number when you email support@cartvoltbatteries.com.

Every kit has a 3-year warranty through Grand Teton Energy.

To make a claim, email support@cartvoltbatteries.com with your order number and a description of the issue, plus photos if you can.

We collect what we need to fill your order and answer you: your name, email, phone, shipping address and the items in your cart. Photos you upload for the fit check are analyzed to estimate your cart's voltage and are not stored.

We use this information to fulfill orders, prepare quotes and answer your questions. Stripe processes your payment and FedEx is used for shipping rates and delivery.

We don't sell your personal information. To access or delete your data, email support@cartvoltbatteries.com.

Prices are in US dollars as listed. Shipping is shown at checkout before you pay, and payment is handled by Stripe. After payment you'll see an order confirmation, and Stripe emails your receipt.

Kits are matched by your cart's voltage. If you're not sure which kit fits, contact support before ordering.
